COLHED is governed by the General Assembly of its members which decides the legal status of the organization; approves the annual report and plans; gives future directions. It is led by a Board contains 7 members composed of highly experienced development practitioners, academics and professionals. It appoints a manager, evaluates performances and plans quarterly, approves working manuals and policies. COLHED is staffed by highly motivated and long serving professionals, led by a manager, who are responsible for the overall achievement of project activities, financial and material management and partners communication. Head office and Operational Area
The head office of the organization is currently located in Adigrat. It is working in Eastern and Central Tigray and also achieved impressive development results in Afar (Berahle-Zone 2).
